1. What you're buying
A written forecast of your Greek income tax return for the 2026 tax year, based on the figures you send us. It says whether you are likely to get a refund or owe tax, gives an estimate of the amount, fills in the remaining months of the year from your latest figures, and lists steps you can still take before 31 December. It includes one round of written questions. There are no calls.
2. Who it's for
The Tax Check covers Greek tax residents whose income is a salary from a Greek employer, with one employer at a time (a job change during the year is fine). Tax Check Plus also covers up to 2 extra sources: rent from a Greek property, bank interest, or small foreign income on which no tax was paid abroad.
Neither covers: freelancers or anyone registered as self-employed, a salary from a foreign employer, tax credits for tax paid abroad, special regimes such as 5A or 5C, corrections to past years, or letters from the tax authority.
3. What it isn't
It isn't a tax return or any filing with the Greek tax authority (AADE). It isn't tax advice or a guarantee of the final result. Filing your return is a separate service, done by a licensed member of the Economic Chamber of Greece (OEE).
4. Your figures
Our forecast relies entirely on the figures and documents you give us, including card spending from every account you pay from, Greek or foreign. If they are incomplete or wrong, or your income changes later in the year, the result may change. It's up to you to tell us about changes.
5. Price and payment
The Tax Check costs €39 and Tax Check Plus costs €59. These are full prices, including any VAT that applies. You pay by card when you order. If you're not sure which one fits, you can ask us first and we confirm it before you pay. If you paid for the Tax Check and your case needs Tax Check Plus, we ask you for the €20 difference or refund you in full, your choice. We start work once your payment has cleared and we have your documents.
Send card spending as CSV files. If you send PDF statements instead, we charge €2 per page, up to €30 per order. We tell you the amount and ask you before we start. If you don't agree, you can send CSV files instead or cancel for a full refund.
6. When it's sold
The Tax Check is sold until 30 November 2026. It covers the 2026 tax year only. It gives no credit toward any other service, including Tax Track.
7. Delivery
We aim to deliver your written forecast within 5 working days of receiving both your payment and your complete documents. If we need more information, we'll ask you once, and the clock restarts when you reply.
8. Your right to cancel
As an EU consumer you normally have 14 days from the day you order to cancel a service. When you order, you ask us to start right away, and you confirm that you lose your right to cancel once we've delivered your forecast.
If you cancel before we deliver it, we refund you in full, minus a proportionate amount for any work already done. To cancel, email hello@mygreektax.eu with your name and the words "I cancel my Tax Check". We refund within 14 days, to the card or account you paid with.
9. If your case is outside the check
If your figures show that your case falls outside section 2, we'll tell you and give you the choice: a full refund, or a quote for a fuller review. We won't charge you more without your written agreement.
10. Liability
Our total liability for the check is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law doesn't allow such a limit.
11. Your data
We use your figures and documents only to carry out the check and any service you book afterwards. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data. Please don't email payslips or tax documents unless we ask. Right after payment you go to a secure upload page.
12. Complaints
Tell us first at hello@mygreektax.eu. We reply within 5 working days. If we can't agree, you can go to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (ttja.ee), or, if you live in another EU country, to your national European Consumer Centre.
13. Law and courts
Estonian law applies. If you are a consumer living in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your own country, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live.
