Refunds and Cancellation

Before we start work

If you cancel before we start, we refund you in full.

Your 14 day right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of accepting our quote, without giving a reason. To withdraw, email hello@mygreektax.eu with a clear statement that you are withdrawing. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to.

If you asked us to start within the 14 days

You can ask us to start straight away. We only do this after you confirm it in writing. If you then withdraw, you pay for the part of the work already done, in proportion to the full service. We refund the rest. Once the service is fully performed, you can no longer withdraw.

Third party fees

Fees we have already paid to third parties for your case, such as government, notary or consulate fees, cannot be refunded once paid.

Our mistakes

If something we deliver is wrong because of our error, we correct it at our cost, without extra charge.

Freelancer Retainer

You can cancel the retainer at any time by email. It ends at the end of the month already paid. We do not refund the current month.

How refunds are paid

We refund within 14 days of your withdrawal or of our agreement to refund, using the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise. You pay no fee for the refund.

Business clients

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers only. For business clients, refunds follow the written quote.

Problems with a payment

Please contact us first at hello@mygreektax.eu. Most issues are solved within a day.
