Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 October 2026
1. Who we are
MyGreekTax is a trading name of Orphix OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia, registry code 17612931, Pärnu mnt 139b-14, 11317 Tallinn, Estonia. Email: hello@mygreektax.eu. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Orphix OÜ, and "you" means the client.
2. What we do
We provide administrative coordination services in English for people and small businesses dealing with Greek authorities: preparing documents, translating, and communicating with Greek public bodies on your behalf. We are not an accounting firm or a law firm. Regulated tax filings are carried out by our licensed Greek accountant partner, a member of the Economic Chamber of Greece (OEE). Legal matters are handled by a partner lawyer registered with the Athens Bar. Information on our website and blog is general and is not advice for your case.
3. Quotes and orders
The first consultation is free. After it, we send you a written quote with the scope, price and expected timing. A contract starts when you accept the quote in writing and pay, or pay the deposit stated in the quote. Work outside the quote needs a new written quote.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in euro. Orphix OÜ is not registered for VAT, so our invoices do not show VAT. Our price does not include fees charged by third parties, such as government fees, notary or consulate fees, fines or interest owed to the tax authority. We tell you about these before they arise. You can pay by card or Revolut Pay through a secure payment link, or by bank transfer to the account shown on our invoice. The Freelancer Retainer is billed monthly in advance.
5. What we need from you
You give us complete and correct information and documents, on time, and you grant the authorisations the work needs (for example an authorisation in myAADE). We are not responsible for delays, penalties or errors caused by late, missing or incorrect information from you.
6. Timing
The quote gives an expected timeframe. Some steps depend on Greek authorities, and we cannot control their processing times. We keep you informed of any delay.
7. Your right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of accepting the quote, without giving a reason. If you ask us to start work within those 14 days, you pay for the work already done if you withdraw. Once the service is fully performed, the right of withdrawal ends. Details and a model form are on our Refunds and Cancellation page.
8. Refunds and cancellation
Refunds and cancellation follow our Refunds and Cancellation page, which forms part of these terms.
9. Our responsibility
If something we deliver is wrong because of our error, we correct it at our cost. Our total liability for a service is limited to the price you paid for that service. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it, including for intent or gross negligence, and it does not reduce your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Complaints
Send complaints to hello@mygreektax.eu. We reply within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it, consumers may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (ttja.ee), or the European Consumer Centre in their country.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
12. Website content
All content on this website, including blog posts and guides, belongs to Orphix OÜ. You may not copy or republish it without written permission.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes do not affect a quote you have already accepted.
