7% pensioner regime: terms of service
Provider: Orphix OÜ (registration in progress), Estonia, trading as MyGreekTax ("we"). Email hello@mygreektax.eu.
1. What you're buying
Help applying for the Greek special tax regime for foreign pensioners (Article 5B of the Greek Income Tax Code). We check whether you appear to qualify, register your tax residency in Greece, tell you which documents you need, check them, and have the application filed with the Greek tax authority (AADE) by a licensed member of the Economic Chamber of Greece (OEE). We then follow up until AADE decides.
Depending on the package, we also get your Greek tax number (AFM) and set up your myAADE access, and open a Greek bank account for you online.
2. What it isn't
It isn't a guarantee that AADE will approve your application. The decision is AADE's alone. It isn't legal advice, and we are not a law firm.
3. Prices
5B application: €399. 5B application with tax number: €479. Full move pack (5B application, tax number and online bank account): €549. Optional first tax return under the regime, filed in spring 2027: €149. These are full prices, including any VAT that applies.
4. Your information and documents
Foreign public documents (such as a certificate of tax residence or a pension statement) must carry an apostille and be officially translated into Greek. You arrange and pay for these. They are not included in our prices.
Our work relies on the information and documents you give us. If they are incomplete, wrong or late, the application may be delayed or refused. It's up to you to tell us about changes to your situation.
5. Deadlines
For tax year 2026, AADE must receive the application by 31 October 2026, and supporting documents by 30 November 2026. We ask you to start by 20 October, because the apostille and translation take time. If you order later, or send documents late, we do our best but can't promise to file in time.
6. Your right to cancel
As an EU consumer you normally have 14 days from the day you order to cancel a service. When you order, you ask us to start right away, and you confirm that you lose your right to cancel once we've filed your application.
If you cancel before we file, we refund you what you paid, minus a proportionate amount for work already done. To cancel, email hello@mygreektax.eu with your name and the words "I cancel my 5B application". We refund within 14 days, to the card or account you paid with.
7. If you don't qualify
If our check shows you don't qualify before we file, we tell you in writing and refund what you paid, minus €49 for the eligibility check. Any tax number or bank account we have already set up for you is yours to keep and is charged at our normal prices (€99 each).
8. If AADE refuses the application
Once we've filed, the application fee is not refundable, because the work has been done and the decision is AADE's. If you bought the €149 first tax return and your application is refused, the €149 covers your regular Greek tax return for the same year instead.
9. The €149 first tax return
It covers one Greek tax return (E1) for tax year 2026 or the first year of your regime, for a standard case: your pension income plus normal Greek items. Other income, such as rent, a business or foreign investments, is quoted separately before we start. It can't be transferred or exchanged for cash.
10. Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service, except where the law doesn't allow such a limit.
11. Your data
We use your information only to provide the service. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data. We never ask for your TAXISnet password. You give our accountant a limited authorisation in myAADE instead.
12. Complaints
Tell us first at hello@mygreektax.eu. We reply within 5 working days. If we can't agree, you can go to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (ttja.ee), or, if you live in another EU country, to your national European Consumer Centre.
13. Law and courts
Estonian law applies. If you are a consumer living in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your own country, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live.
