5C Eligibility Check: terms of service

1. What you're buying
A written assessment of whether you are likely to qualify for the Greek Article 5C regime (50% income tax exemption), based on the answers you give us. It includes your likely deadline, an estimate of your yearly saving and your next steps.
2. What it isn't
It isn't an application or filing with the Greek tax authority (AADE). It isn't a guarantee that AADE will approve an application. It isn't legal advice, and we are not a law firm. Any filing is a separate service, done by a licensed member of the Economic Chamber of Greece (OEE).
3. Your answers
Our assessment relies entirely on the information you give us. If your answers are incomplete or wrong, or your situation changes later, our conclusion may no longer be correct. It's up to you to tell us about changes.
4. Price and payment
The check costs €49. This is the full price, including any VAT that applies. You pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. We start work once your payment has cleared and we have your answers to the questionnaire.
5. Delivery
We aim to deliver your written answer within 3 working days of receiving both your payment and your complete answers. If we need more information, we'll ask you once, and the clock restarts when you reply.
6. Your right to cancel
As an EU consumer you normally have 14 days from the day you order to cancel a service. When you order, you ask us to start right away, and you confirm that you lose your right to cancel once we've delivered your written answer.
If you cancel before we deliver it, we refund you in full, minus a proportionate amount for any work already done. To cancel, email hello@mygreektax.eu with your name and the words "I cancel my 5C check". We refund within 14 days, to the card or account you paid with.
7. If we can't answer
If your case falls outside what we can assess, or needs a review we can't complete for €49, we'll tell you and give you the choice: a full refund, or a quote for the fuller review. We won't charge you more without your written agreement.
8. The credit
If you book the filing of your 5C application with us within 60 days of receiving your written answer, we deduct the full €49 from the filing price. The credit is personal to you, can't be transferred, can't be exchanged for cash, and expires after that period.
9. Liability
Our total liability for the check is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law doesn't allow such a limit.
10. Your data
We use your answers only to carry out the check and any service you book afterwards. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data. Please don't send passports or tax documents with the questionnaire. If we need them, we'll send you a secure upload link.
11. Complaints
Tell us first at hello@mygreektax.eu. We reply within 5 working days. If we can't agree, you can go to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (ttja.ee), or, if you live in another EU country, to your national European Consumer Centre.
12. Law and courts
Estonian law applies. If you are a consumer living in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your own country, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live.
